1. Description of Service

QuantCrawler is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered trading analysis tools, including chart analysis, position sizing calculations, performance tracking, and related features. We also offer TradingView indicators to eligible members.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use QuantCrawler. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• Lifetime memberships are a one-time payment for perpetual access
• Prices are subject to change with notice to existing subscribers
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our software and services, we do not offer refunds for any subscription or one-time purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials with others
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our services or indicators
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our software or algorithms
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QuantCrawler, including but not limited to software, algorithms, indicators, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by QuantCrawler and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes only.

QuantCrawler is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. Our analysis and signals are for educational and informational purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTCRAWLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk of loss. QuantCrawler is not responsible for any financial losses you incur while using our platform or following any analysis provided.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which QuantCrawler operates.
